With over 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and the delivery of electronic systems, Jorge is the South Island Lead for G&S Technologies. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations across the South Island, with a strong focus on nurse call systems, core ELV platforms, and supporting ICT infrastructure.
Since joining G&S Technologies, Jorge has played a key role in delivering nurse call systems and associated ELV solutions across healthcare and aged-care environments throughout New Zealand. His experience spans live operational environments, staged brownfield upgrades, and multi-site programmes, ensuring systems are delivered safely, reliably, and in line with clinical and operational requirements.
As South Island Lead, Jorge is focused on building strong regional capability while maintaining G&S Technologies’ national standards for quality, safety, and delivery. He works closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, placing strong emphasis on understanding how care environments operate, listening to client needs, and delivering solutions that support day-to-day clinical workflows and long-term asset strategies.
