This contract was for a newly constructed clinic. Our team delivered the Nurse Call installation while also providing initial consultation, discussions around functionality and client requirements along with supply, installation and commissioning.

Te Whatu Ora - Middlemore

A water leak caused considerable damage to the nurse call system. The service team promptly mobilised and managed to restore services and resolve issues in record time, earning a thank-you note from the client.

Summerset St. Johns

A sophisticated Retirement Haven located in Eastern parts of Auckland, NZ. The project stages are spread over 2.5 years; G&S has technologies that focus on delivering integrated low-voltage ICT systems, including structured cabling and Austco Nurse call systems and Electronic Security Systems, such as Gallagher, tailored to aged care environments.

Summerset Milldale

Summerset Milldale is situated near Silverdale on the Whangaparoa Peninsula in Auckland, NZ. G&S Technologies has collaborated with SMS Milldale to provide comprehensive construction and operational support through robust ICT solutions, including Structured Cabling Systems, fibre networks, MATV Solutions, Austco RF/IP solutions, and Electronic Security Systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intercoms, ensuring integrated connectivity and compliance with safety standards. Construction is currently in progress on Waiwai Drive, a subdivision of Milldale.

Metlifecare Otau Ridge

The Stage 01 Villas are handed over, and Stage 02 and 03 villas are now underway. The Facilities and Care building is under construction and expected to be available in mid-2025. G&S technologies are providing advanced SCS, Access control, MATV, Audiovisual, and Austco nurse call systems to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of aged care facilities.

Metlifecare Gulfrise

G&S Technologies is currently working on Buildings 5 and 6, which feature a total of 61 independent apartments and ground floor parking provisions. Building 5 has five levels of independent living, while Building 6 consists of six levels of independent living. G&S has also secured Stage 07 of the Metlifecare Gulfrise project, implementing GPON, structured cabling, MATV, and electronic security solutions to enhance infrastructure reliability and safety. Stages 05 and 06 are nearing completion and will be handed over in the first quarter of 2025, with Stage 07 currently focused on ground floor construction.


Metlifecare Greenwich

Final Stage (07) of the apartments is in the completion phase, and the apartments are released for sale. G&S Technologies has provided the Austco Nurse Call System, Structured Cabling Systems, Electronic Security Systems, MATV System, and Fibre Backbones for a seamless operational workflow.

Metlifecare Oakridge

With resort-style facilities and a community centre, G&S Technologies has delivered the care building and Stage 01 Villas, and is busy with Stage 02 Villas, which are set to be released in 2025. G&S has installed Austco Nurse Call, SCS, MATV, and electronic security systems across different living areas.

Oceania Franklin

G&S Technologies has provided Oceania Franklin, through its principal contractors, with the installation of underground services, including the laying of fibre microducts and underground communication ducts. This work is well underway and is in the final stages at this greenfield site. Additionally, G&S has secured the contract to install all ICT infrastructure services in the Villas, Care, and Amenities buildings at different phases of the project. G&S Tech is collaborating with multiple principal contractors simultaneously on this project to deliver ICT infrastructure services, focusing on integrating systems such as Austco Nurse Call and other communication technologies to streamline operations.

Oceania Meadowbank

Oceania Medowbank is conveniently situated off Remuera Road in Auckland, just minutes from the motorway. G&S Technologies is currently engaged in the final phase of delivering 40 units of the Memory Care Wing for this client. The memory care units include the Austco Dementia Control System, which is integrated with the Nurse Call system to provide the Oceania care team with additional support and assistance for residents. G&S is finalising the ICT infrastructure by enhancing the Austco Nurse Call systems through the addition of the DCS system and Austco Nurse Call Points in the memory care units, as well as including Electronic Security systems, Fibre to the Units, Audio Visual, and MATV. The project is approaching completion and is expected to be finalised in the first quarter of 2025.

Hopper Anchorage Clubhouse Whangārei

G&S has supported the leisure facility development with ICT solutions, integrating cabling and communication systems. Residents of Anchorage Clubhouse will benefit from a well-designed ICT service. The Clubhouse is equipped with Austco Nurse Call and Electronic Security systems to ensure the safety of residents during their leisure time.

Hopper Country Club Huapai

Situated in the historic grounds of West Auckland’s wine country, G&S Technologies has completed multiple phases of development at Country Club Huapai, providing sophisticated ICT infrastructure for villas and apartments. Currently, the G&S team is working on the planning phase to deliver the M3 building, which consists of 36 independent living units, and integrate the ICT infrastructure network with the existing site. G&S has been selected to provide GPON, structured cabling, and electronic security systems for all the independent living units in the M3 building. G&S collaborates closely with other network providers to ensure this project meets the highest standards.
