Dementia Care System Controller

tailored for memory care units, enhancing safety for vulnerable residents.

The system was fully integrated with paging and monitoring technologies, enabling immediate notification and response to high-priority situations. Designed for reliability and efficiency, it empowers staff to provide prompt assistance across the entire site.

A high-performance Master Antenna Television (MATV) System was installed to deliver reliable access to multimedia services throughout the facility. The system included:

Radio Broadcast Access

ensures a variety of audio entertainment options.

A unified distribution system

enables consistent signal quality and uninterrupted access to multimedia services.

Designed to enrich residents' daily experiences, the system delivers information and entertainment through a centralised, reliable platform that supports high-quality content delivery across the entire site.

We also installed a robust Legrand Generic Cabling and Communications System (GCCS) to provide high-speed connectivity and support the facility’s data, voice, and multimedia communication needs. The system included:

Category 6A Cabling

ensures high-speed data transfer for internal and external communication.

OS2 Multimode Fibre-Optic Cabling

delivers enhanced capacity and reliability for long-distance signal transmission.

This system establishes a strong foundation for efficient communication between residents, staff, and external contacts. Designed to meet current demands, it also future-proofs the facility’s infrastructure for technological advancements.

Installing a comprehensive Electronic Security System (ESS) provides optimal safety and secure operations across the facility. The system included:

Gallagher Access Control

ensures secure entry and exit points with electronic access management.

Motion Detection

to monitor unauthorised movement and enhance situational awareness.

Emergency Break Glass Units

are strategically placed for rapid response in critical situations.

GT Aiphone Intercom Systems

enable reliable communication at key access points.

NX Witness Video Management System (VMS)

integrated with Vivotek CCTV Cameras for real-time surveillance and monitoring.

The ESS is fully integrated with the facility’s Fire Alarm Systems, allowing for controlled access and real-time monitoring during emergencies. This system ensures a secure and protected environment for both residents and staff.
