Franklin Oceania is a boutique care centre with a family-friendly atmosphere. It offers premium and standard care options for aged care residents. Situated in Pukekohe, this greenfield project is Oceania’s first of its kind, marking a significant milestone in aged care innovation.
In partnership with G&S Technologies, Oceania's teams collaborated closely to create a comprehensive design and build program tailored to meet the village's diverse needs.
The project scope encompasses the development of robust communications infrastructure, state-of-the-art nurse call systems, advanced security solutions, and fully integrated corporate networks.
